History Established in 2009. Icing on the Cake was previously known as Cakes by Mischa. Cakes by Mischa was located the last 5 years in Northern Minnesota. While in Minnesota Mischa had the pleasure of working with the great bakery, Raphaels! After moving to Colorado, Mischa decided to change the name to Icing on the Cake. Icing on the Cake is beyond expectations! The impressive cakes are custom designed by an incredibly talented artist. The combination of flavor choices and the exquisite creations make Icing on the Cake stand apart from the competition. Cakes I have ordered were completed on time and have been a hit at my events! I highly recommend this amazing bakery! Icing on the Cake was even able to accommodate a gluten free cake request!

Where to start...the look: over the top, unique, spectacular & incredible piece of art! Mischa made 2 birthday cakes for me one was a copy of a Precious Moments figurine that I have and every detail was spot on no detail was left out. The 2nd cake was a bowl of Chili again the work that went into this made for a very lifelike stunning cake. The bowl, the chili, and even the spoon was edible. Mischa does all my cakes! I would never go to anyone else. The art work is one of a kind. She can do anything you ask. She did a horse cake for my daughter that has a paint and every detail of the horse was done to a tee!
Mischa baked me a surprise birthday cake that was absolutely amazing! It was a designer handbag with a shoe on top! Looked completely life-like.... She is a fantastic artist with her cake designs and her cakes taste delicious! Not only that, she is a fantastic person who cares about bringing your imagination to life with her cake designs.

My cakes were beautiful & oh so yummy! Misha did Carrot cake, lemon cake with blueberry filling, chocolate with fresh strawberries, marble, & plain chocolate. Her frosting & fondant were also very yummy! My guests loved all of the variety & each cake had it own look but stayed with the theme which was the beach since we had a destination wedding.
Mischa has been making cakes for all the birthdays in our family for a couple years and we have NEVER been disappointed!! Not only are the cakes very creative and professionally done but they are also very DELICIOUS!! If you are looking for a unique cake at an affordable price look no farther.
