Went to Vanderbilt joint and bone clinic and was told I needed surgery on my shoulder. I decided to get a second opinion and visited Dr. Byram. He gave me a cortisone shot and sent me to physical therapy. Best decision I’ve ever made!
Well the doc was great. But office staff and finding out anything about any f/u appts is about impossible. 4 days post appt, tryn to find out if MRI scheduled - to answering machine (24-48 hr wait) and then it cut off message (that was 2nd attempt). Explained to several "front desk" that ststem was not accepting message - 3rd time transferted AGAIN! Can't physically go get the order"because the scheduling person is the "only one"with that information"! Really? Hung up on!!
