Ian went above and beyond while helping us find our first family home. He took care to consider our wants and needs, and was able to weigh those against the properties available on the market. He knows the local market well and was also able to make recommendations for various services we needed along the way in order to finalize our purchase. He's always easy to get ahold of; I'm convinced the guy doesn't sleep or take a day off. If you're looking for an efficient and effective realtor, call Ian Angus. He's easy to work wit... read more

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ian when we were looking to buy a house in Halifax while living in a different province. Not being physically present to see the houses can be a nerve-wracking experience, but Ian made the process incredibly smooth for us - he was responsive, found us numerous great properties that matched our criteria, gave his honest feedback on the pros and cons of each, and never made us feel pressured. He also recommended a good lawyer, inspector, and locksmith. We love our house and a... read more

Ian has nearly two decades of experience in the Real Estate industry. His knowledge and expertise was integral in assisting us with the purchase of our new home. We will also be procuring Ian's services with the selling of our current property. In addition to his knowledge of the business, Ian has enhanced the experience with his connections to lawyers, home renovation experts, home inspectors and professional cleaners for example. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property!

Something Ian did during our time working with him which I LOVED was when he was asked for genuine input, he gave it. Other realtors we worked with in the past were nothing more than the person who unlocked and locked up, and didn’t want to say much just looking to make ANY sale but not Ian! He wanted to make sure we were making a smart choice both for our fa... read more

We had an outstanding experience working with Ian Angus to buy our home in Halifax. Ian is incredibly responsive — every question or request was answered quickly, and he always made time to show us homes. What impressed us most is that he was never just trying to make a quick sale. During viewings, Ian pointed out potential issues and helped us think about whether a home would truly work for us long-term. As he often says, he wants to help clients buy a home that will also be a great one to sell someday. Ian also has deep ... read more
