Steve performed two projects for me - one large and one small. I was very happy with his work in both cases. The larger project involved Steve performing a variety of activites to finish my two-car garage (e.g., additional framing, drywall, new outlets, new lights, etc.) The small project involved installing new outside vents and associate ductwork for three bathroom fans. Steve is fantastic. I have known him for over 30 years but have never used his services until just recently. He did an amazing job putting a fireplace mantle up into our existing stacked stone set up. Great quality, great communication, attention to detail, honest and integrity individual who will do the job right, the first time! Call him when you have a need, you will be happy you did!
Steve from i54 Services was prompt and did a quality job on replacing dishwasher, kitchen sink, & bathroom sink. All of the replacements needed extra adjustments and Steve was quick to make the necessary changes to have them work correctly. I strongly recommend his services.
