Awesome workout, great people This place is AMAZING! I've been coming here since January and I think they just told me I've taken over 120 classes! GREAT instructors, full body work out, it's a NO BRAINER....it's all I need and I don't think I’ll ever stop. (down 30 lbs BTW!) If you're looking for a great place to work out with great people, it's worth it to check it out!
Great workout This place has changed my life! It is so much more than a workout! It's a community of people who push each other and keep you accountable when you have fitness goals you want to reach. I was not one looking to lose weight, because I had already reached my weight loss goal. I wanted to tone and gain muscle. This workout did just that. I can actually see definition in my body!
