Love it!!! I was one of our first students in the ilovekikboxing program. I started out weighing 200 pounds. I lost 70 pounds in 7 months..Went from a size 14 to a 3/4. I became an instructor and have been doing the program going on 2 years now.. It has changed my life in so many ways. Greatest workout! I have been going to this gym for over a year now and it is amazing. You get such a good workout! There is no way I would push myself at a gym alone to work this hard. I have used a personal trainer in the past to push me for a better workout but the kickboxing classes are way cheaper and I think I work harder in them than I did with the personal trainer. I love this place I LOVE this gym! Ilovekickboxing has helped me lose weight, tone up and gain confidence. From the very first visit, I felt encouraged and motivated to do better. What's even better are the friends I've made! This place is AWESOME!
