Love it!!! I was one of our first students in the ilovekikboxing program. I started out weighing 200 pounds. I lost 70 pounds in 7 months..Went from a size 14 to a 3/4. I became an instructor and have been doing the program going on 2 years now.. It has changed my life in so many ways. It gave me self confidence to try other new things I thought I could never accomplish.. Greatest workout! I have been going to this gym for over a year now and it is amazing. You get such a good workout! There is no way I would push myself at a gym alone to work this hard. I have used a personal trainer in the past to push me for a better workout but the kickboxing classes are way cheaper and I think I work harder in them than I did with the personal trainer. Love this place!! Best workout of my life! Great instructors that actually care about you seeing results! Such a great environment to get into the best shape of your life and meet like minded people. The classes are different everyday so no plateau in sight :)
