ILKB Love! I was looking forever for a place that actually gets you results! I'm so happy to have not only found ILKB, but to have a comfortable environment to work out in. Not to mention, every single instructor I've had the good fortune of working with, has been nothing short of supportive and motivating. They will challenge you to go that extra mile but never push you off the cliff! (Check out Groupon, too!!)

I love this place!!! This is the best place to workout!!! All the instructors and motivating and very attentive to each and every member. You feel like you belong from day one!! YOU HAVE TO JOIN!!!!

Each instructor - Lindsey, Katrina, Candace and Ulises give you their personal kick-your-*s* touch each class, always encouraging with every warm-up, punch and kicks. The best way fun to loss weight I used to go to the gym for more than one year but I never see any result and I just got bored.. I found the Ilovekickboxing in Groupon and I decided to try.. OMG it is the best way, Fun to make exercise.. I feel with a lot energy , they have great schedule for people who have kids , work etc..like me...Is a good investment ;)

Awesome!!! I finally found a workout that I enjoy!!!! A friend of mine gifted a groupon for 10 classes...my first thought was oh no now I have to go to 10 classes! After the first class I knew 10 wasn't enough, I couldn't wait to go back! That was a few months ago and I still feel the same way after each class I can't wait to go back!! Five Stars I truly stand behind what I Love Kickboxing has to offer. I started with the 3 classes for $19.99 and fell in love on the first class. It is an active, motivating class! It has completely changed my life. I have lost 2 pant sizes, and even though I am only 125 so I don’t really need to lose weight, my body has been building muscle and defining.
