I love ILKB!!!! I am very happy my husband and i decided to try this place out. We both were looking for something that would keep us in good physical health and from the first class we knew we would love it. Everyone is very nice and the classes/ instructors provide a great workout!
I Love ILKB! ILoveKickboxing is an amazing workout, stress reliever, motivator, and support system all in one. Each time I go, I know that I will a get sweat-inducing warmup and muscle building rounds, instructors that push me to my personal limit, and a place to get rid of the demands of the day.
I really love this! If you are looking for a change in your workout routine or a kickstart to get yourself motivated, try kickboxing! The instructors at ILKB genuinely care about your personal goals and push you to reach them. It is a non-threatening environment that makes you strive to be better than you were when you walked in the doors!
awesome I honestly love coming to class and getting my butt kicked. If you come in and don't have the motivation all the instructors and fellow kickboxers help get you there. Best decision I've made was joining the ILKB family.
I'm addicted! Pow pow! I've never had so much fun working out! I love the variety of the classes, from the warm up to the rounds to the stretching.
Life Changer! Since joining less than a month ago, I notice significant strength and muscle toning in my arms and legs. I feel great! And the instructors are great, positive motivators. I cannot wait to see how my transformation will take form as I continue my journey.
Great place I've been with ilkb for a little over a year now and I always get a great workout. The members are so supportive and it makes me so happy.
The best workout class ILKB is amazing, the instructors keep pushing me to do my best. To never give up on myself or my goals and the workouts are so much fun!!!!!!
