It takes a special kind of organization to make you feel like you're apart of something bigger than just a 1 hour workout. ILoveKickboxing has taught me that I am capable of more than the limits I put on myself and my body. I love kickboxing in League City is AWESOME the staff and the workout is AMAZING! !!! !! The instructors are friendly and motivate all of us every time we attend class. After one class I was immediately hooked and became a member! The class begins with a warm up of fast running, mountain climbers, sit ups, squats, and our favorite... BURPEES & more! I Love Kickboxing is an amazing place to get a great workout and meet amazing people! The facility is very clean. I've been to 11 classes and have lost 6 pounds and 1 dress size.

iLoveKickboxing Friendswood has been AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good things about the staff, instructors, and workouts they have us do every day. The instructors are super motivating and want us to work as hard as possible in order to see true results. The workouts are different every time, so they don't get boring or easy! I recommend to anyone trying to find a great workout program to come to iLoveKickboxing Friendswood!

You will not regret taking the first step and walking through their door! The staff is helpful and so friendly. The atmosphere is so supportive and encouraging. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life and have gone down two sizes in just three months!
