I joined kickboxing almost two month and its been the best workout Ive ever done. The workout is intense and you feel every part of your body soar everyday. Great workout invironment the people here are so friendly and the trainers work hard every day to help us achieve our goals.
ILoveKickboxing is amazing. I attend the Friendswood location and LOVE it. You become a part of their family the minute you walk in the door. Everyone is friendly, outgoing, and it's an awesome atmosphere. The kickboxing is so much and the warm-up is tough, but so worth it. I would recommend ILoveKickboxing-Friendswood to anyone.

Love, Love, Love these classes. At first I was not sure that i would like a group classes. But I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. The staff keeps you motivated and moving.

This is the absolute best workout I have ever had. The trainers push you, and motivate you. They know you are there because you want a healthier you, and they do their part. Highly recommend.
