Great workout and lots of class time options! The instructors make it fun while getting a good workout. I've tried MANY workouts but this is the first one I've enjoyed and therefore stuck with! They offer class packages to try the workout before signing up so... do it! You won't regret it!

I LOVE this place! everybody truly IS considered family here. The 2nd day i walked through the door, the managers and trainers knew me by name. That is impressive! come on over and hit the mats with us. you wont regret it!

Joining ILKB Friendswood was the best decision I ever made!! The staff and members at ILKB are very helpful. It's a full body workout and is so fun. I always feel pumped when I leave!! You will love it!!

I love pearland I Love Kickboxing. Trainers are awesome, motivating and they change it up. I usually get bored easily but you never know what you are gonna get when you walk in the door. it has helped me lose inches and reduce stress!!

What a wonderful workout! Everything about this place is motivating and positive! The instructors want to see you on the mats and keep you moving for the whole hour. They pay attention and assist you with improving your form to avoid injuries and maximize the workout. Very fun way to get fit!
