ILKB is a great place to meet new people and have a great time while burning some calories! Clean facilities with lots of A/C - this location rocks! Great instructors make it fun with their upbeat attitudes. I joined to have fun and lose a little weight. Check them out on their website - great offers to give it a try are there!
I stopped by I Love Kickboxing Friendswood nearly 2 years ago on a whim. As an avid runner I was looking for something to challenge me not just physically, but keep my mind engaged as well. I have to be honest, as a man I never thought I’d join a class that’s predominantly woman. But I just have to say I love this place!!!! Absolutely hard work when I started, and still is. But it’s fun and it’s life changing. All of the instructors are great and it’s just like a family here!!!

I LOVE this place! I've done lots of different work outs and boot camps and this place, by far, is the most fun workout I've ever done! For the first time ever I actually enjoy and look forward to working out. Of course, it helps when you have a fantastic staff too!
It's fun. It's hard. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. If you are looking for a great workout in a fun atmosphere with instructors and classmates that will push you and keep you accountable then I would recommend this place.
Love it! Great staff lots of energy and motivation. They make it easy for everyone to stay positive and motivated!
So happy I started going! It was my kickstart back into working out! I love the ever changing and challenging workouts! The staff is amazing and always so helpful and pushes you to do your best! Met some pretty amazing people there as well, Love my FITFAM!
