RecommendedEveryone is nice and the place is really clean!! Didn’t have a appointment but got helped anyway.
I sat for 2 hours waiting for my oil change which was a long time but the thing that made me unhappy is the service advisor sent me a text to tell me my car was done instead of coming to get me like she said she would. They ALWAYS come to get me but I didn’t hear the text arrive so I sat ther for 45 minutes more waiting. I finally went to ask. She says I sent you a text. We’ll obviously I didn’t get it. I’ll probably go to a different dealership next time.
