Long story short they took advantage of the fact that they had me there for about almost 9 hours with my 3 children one special needs hungry and tired by the time we were doing the paper work I had invested so much time there I was made believe I had to buy the swds theft deterrent also said it wasn’t optional my special needs child and my 4 yr where so tiered of being there at the point and where not happy so I just believe it . They also charge me with wheel locks when it doesn’t have wheel locks . I hope this help someone

Have spoken to Corina. Apologized for all the miss understandings. She agreed we did buy her and the kids food but since they were here for approximately 7 hours they were tired and hungry. Vehicle was new to our lot and we sold it before we could get wheel locks on. We apologized for that and will be refunding her. We did talk of the other options. Customer and I have come to an agreement that she is happy with.

I would not recommend trading in a car nor buying a car. Three different people continued to give three different prices. Never again!
Wait before you buy a Toyota! I am a loyal Toyota customer, which may change to "was." My first, a 2001 Prius, and then a 2010 and now, I bought a 2017 Prius Prime in July 2017 from Toyota of the Desert and at 18 months and 12k miles the steering wheel "leather" is coming off. I have asked for warrantee coverage, now 3 times over 5 months at a local Toyota dealership service. Anthony the internet sales manager is the sweetest guy ever!!! he's very genuine and considerate all of the above!!!! Freddie the finance guy was also very sweet and worked with me. I'll deff come here again to get my next car and refer them to anybidy that wants a car!!!
