I had an oil change performed on Friday, September 4. All went well, and Jose was great. The mechanic recommended three items? Engine air filter, cabin air filter, and front brake job. Although it’s not on Toyota’s records because I did it myself, both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were replaced in Feb 2020. there’s no way they need replacing so soon. So it makes me wonder if the mechanic even looked at them. No big deal in and of itself, but it makes me wonder if I really need the front brake job as well. H... read more
They checked in my car right at the appointment time. Did the diagnostic check within an hour and Art gave me the results right away. Art was in constant contact with me giving updates on the progress. Had some recommended work completed with 90 mins and I was on my way. Great job guys!!!!
