I should have gone to cathedral city Toyota the salesman here are very pushy and dishonest offered me a terribly low number on my trade in, offered me 4k off the price of a new car and then the discount dissolved and it was my mistake not to double check the figures very negative experience

To our Knowledge Mr. *** was happy with his purchase. While he was here he went over everything including the numbers with our Sales Manager before going into Finance. The discount he is referring to we did in multiple items: We discounted the vehicle he was looking at, a discount on the addendum and a discount on the security system. Plus we gave him a lot more for his car than what it was worth. Total savings of all of these items comes out to $4785.00

After having a terrible experience at Toyota of the Desert in Palm Springs, we came to I-10 Toyota. The experience could not have been better. Everyone was professional and pleasant and we got the car we wanted. Our only complaint is how long we had to wait, but that seems to be the case at all car dealerships. Overall we recommend I-10 Toyota.
