Worst experience by far while looking to lease a car. The salesman first tried to sell me a car I had no interest in. And then when I said I didn’t want that car, he treated me as if I was wasting his time. Oh well, his loss is someone else’s gain. I will NEVER EVER step foot in there again!!!
Worst experience ever engine had to be replaced on 2016 Hyundai Tucson -they have had car since April - no idea when part will be in - no replacement vehicle and they offer you half the cost of a car rental in nyc and wAnt you to put in on your credit card and they will reimburse you- like they can be trusted . Thinking to organize a peaceful protest in front of dealer to be sure our neighbors don’t find themselves in same situation- t Let me know if any interest
