RecommendedPlaza Huyundai excells in customer service The sales dept deserves an excellant rating as it was a pleasurable experience buying from such a customer friendly group. Dilshod, our salesman, was very polite and courteous and Jean, the Sales manager, was more of the same. I definitely will and have recommended Plaza to anyone interested in buying a car. This purchase was such a positive and pleasant experience.
Appointments are never a problem, and walk-up service is fast and courteous. I've been servicing my Hyundai vehicles at this dealer since purchasing them. I now have 3 hyundai vehicles and will continue to use the Plaza Hyundai service department. The prices are very reasonable, and I never have to worry that the rep will walk out to me and tell me something ridiculous is wrong with my car. They have done an excellent job of establishing a trusting relationship with me.
Dropped my Santa Fe off for a recall and maintenance issue. I was the 1st one there before they opened. They offered coffee, shuttle service and even whether or not I needed my vehicle returned by the end of the day! The service manager contacted me before the end of the day via text message and notified me it was completed. She even arranged for my keys to be picked up from the service desk in case I wasn't able to make it before they closed. Very professional and on time, especially with the holidays being right here.
Friendly and fast service. Work was done on time. Easy to get an appointment. Will continue to take my vehicles back here for service. Great dealership.

After doing extensive research online I chose Plaza Hyundai for a lease. I was very happy when I was drove away in my new 2020 Elantra SE. I was treated very professionally, and friendly by everyone at the dealership, especially Christina, Jean, Ruksh and Baha As a team, they all worked to make me happy and to get the best deal available to me. I will recommend Plaza Hyundai dealership to all my family and friends and everyone who asks me about my great looking new car!.
My Wife and I bought a Tucson from Abe here, and she did not disappoint! He was terrific, taking us through every step, and showing us all that the car has to offer. He was a 5+ star sales consultant, and helped to make our experience buying this car effortless and actually enjoyable. Other people also were great...Ron, the internet contact, was extremely helpful, as was Christina, the financial rep. All in all, a fantastic experience.
This is by far the best car dealer that I have ever been in, great prices, amazing variety, and wonderful staff. I was wandering to find a car for my son. They gave me lots of information about all kinds of cars that were matched with my budget. I am absolutely satisfied with my deal. You won't regret if you go there and at least get a consult. Lester made my first car buying experience not only easy, but extremely pleasant as he was willing to work with the budget I had set for myself. Our conversations never came off as "salesy" and I never felt pressured into making any decision right then and there on the spot. I highly recommend not only this dealership, as all were friendly and willing to help, but Jay specifically as his customer service skills exceeded my expectations.
