You sold my information to scammers, im constantly being harrased first about a new palisade that I never brought, their calling saying my warranty is due to expire and want to renew it, not that I've told them for month I never brought a hyundai not their calling talking about a 2017 warranty is going to expire and you guys ran my credit 2 times when I told you not to. be honest! Be clear in your sales pitch! (I was warned, but did not listen....now I am paying the penalty) NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. ALMOST WISH SOMEONE WOULD STEAL THE CAR.

Suddenly, a compressor on my Palisade has died but the compressors were backordered. I called Hyundai case management and they promptly shipped a compressor to Plaza Hyundai. Both Hyundai case management and Hyundai Plaza service management called me almost every day notifying me about the status of my case. The new compressor has been installed and tested ahead of expected time. I am incredibly grateful to William Bonilla, the Assistant Service Manager of Hyundai Plaza. From start to finish, my leasing experience here has been horrible. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. Trying to return the car when the lease is up is a nightmare. Prepare to be bounced around from one person to the next and get no answers.

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Worst service department I have ever delt with. No respect to paying customers, no one wants to do their job, you call they transfer you over 5xs then hang up on you! When you finally get a person on the phone they have no idea how to help you, they don't know any manager or supervisor name how to do anything other than responding with "I'm sorry I don't know". I traded in my Veloster to buys Kona. I was told I was entitled to a refund from the protection plan for the Veloster. I signed forms twice and now it’s four months later and the refund has not been received. I called the dealership and the finance manager will not talk to me. I left two messages on a voice mail with no name. Poorest customer service ever.

This is the worst Hyundai dealer I made an appointment for a oil change and they called me to cancel I spoke to so call the manager Yolanda she was very nasty, rude, sarcastic very disrespectful I don’t even know why even Hyundai will hits a person like that someone one needs to be notified. People don’t go to this dealer is like a meat market and dirty.
