Won't return deposit money even after saying they will. Spend your hard earned money with an honest dealership!
Dishonest to a joke level!! Cannot answer questions regarding a deposit they REFUSE to return after declining a purchase. Customers would be best served finding another dealer who cares about more than raping people!!!!
The service organization from the top down it totally irresponsible. They have no consideration for the customer, they promise to keep you informed but never call back. They don't follow up on commitments. My car is still there after 3 weeks and I still can't get a satisfactory answer as to when it will be completed. The claim is they are waiting on the insurance company behind their award winning extended service contract.
