RecommendedEveryone worked extremely hard to gain our trust in the sale. They are also working to fix a paint issue that was discovered shortly after delivery. My one piece of feedback to improve the customer experience is to turn down the music in the showroom! It was obnoxiously loud and made it hard to even think on numerous visits.

Just had my first service visit, which took only about 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and I was thrilled to be back on the road again so quickly. Love my Forester!!

Excellent all around. I was apprehensive about a major car repair, where I had been quoted a much higher price at a service station. I called the service department and spoke to two gentlemen who explained the repair, the base cost, and how much extra I should save if more work is needed. They really put my mind at ease, especially since the quote was much lower than the first station. Hyman Brothers Subaru has excellent customer service. We are so very excited about our new Outback! Robert was very knowledgeable about the products and had plenty of patience as we debated between new or used. Ronnie was also very pleasant introducing himself to us and making sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our Outback!
I bought my Subaru Outback in 2012. It was my first solo buying experience. It was a great experience and appreciated the professionalism of the staff. I recently made an appointment for my free oil change at 130. When I arrived , my service advisor told me they were a little backed up and it would be an hour an half �! She offered to shuttle me somewhere but I decided to wait. My dog got treats and I enjoyed the water and refreshments.
