It’s too long to tell the whole story. Had an inexperienced sales person. He did not ask what options I would like to have had. When I asked about the price, he got his manager to use a down payment of 0-2000 down. Didn’t even ask what I was planning to put down. I was there for 5 hours. I did buy a car and felt really stupid the next day. I could add much more, but like I said, it would take too long. In closing, I would recommend that you mention giving an unfavorable survey, you may get something for free

DISSATISFIED Took my Subaru Forester in for service regular maintenance. One of the items was they were going to remove the heat shields over the muffler. My wife picked up the car. So when I saw the bill it was $569.95 for heat shield removal! Because they broke the O2 sensor. They told me that because the bill had been closed out they could not refund the money?! I have bought three 2 Subarus and 1 van from them. Hyman Bros. Automobiles #HymanBros
Salesman was very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was great and I loved the waiting area. Service guy was awesome! I am however disappointed because they have yet to return my phone call and answer my emails. That's not how I would expect to be treated after I just bought a car from them a week ago.
Prompt friendly service. Waiting area is well equipped with drinks and snacks. Plus we love our Forester!
