Recently I had what could have been the worst experience but turned out to be the best experience with Hyman Bros. Subaru! Luckily we had purchased the extended warranty - not that I anticipated needing it. We got a really good deal on a used 2013 forester and for good measure we got it the extended warranty. This passed January after we had the car over a year (almost 2 years) it was making a terrible knocking noise. (Later I heard they call it the “rod knock” also known as the engines swan song). The service people were very helpful courteous, and knowledgeable. I had to get a courtesy car and they went out of their way to help. I have always had pleasant dealings with them.
I just bought a 2018 Subaru Outback Touring model and I love it. The folks at Hyman Brothers made it very easy to say yes. No high pressure sales here. The price was better then anywhere else I looked at. I passed several other Subaru dealerships to go up to Hyman Brothers in Richmond, VA. I’m looking forward to seeing them again for service and possible another new vehicle when we replace my wife’s car next year or two. Thank you to Robert, David, Joel and Ron for a great deal on a great SUV.
