i have always gotten great service and they usually do the work, on your auto in a great time it's according what type of job they need to do on your auto. I THINK THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT LONG FOR JUST A ROUTINE JOB. i love my outback.

The service department does an awesome job. I have been so pleased with the customer service that I've received on my first 2 visits! It feels so nice to sit down and have a snack and hot chocolate (NO ONE HAS HOT CHOCOLATE as an option) while I wait for my vehicle. The car wash puts me in a great mood too! Please don't do away with these perks - they make you feel appreciated when you are there and very few places offer complimentary items anymore. If I have to wait - I want to enjoy my stay.

Folks at Hyman Brothers Subaru are always friendly, explain in detail what they are doing and what they find (if something else needs to be done or I should keep an eye on something), and they work with me to get my car in for servicing. Very satisfied.
We bought our first Subaru last week, the Crosstrek. Ron Spector, Robert King, and Mike Buckley handled the sale and paperwork. Everyone we've worked with, including the service department, has been professional, welcoming, and interested in making this purchase an enjoyable one! No pressure but eager to help us. Looking forward to continuing to work with this group!
I went in for my scheduled inspection and oil change. They were ready for me when I got there, no waiting. I didn't need any repairs so I passed the inspection without any problems. I was advised of my upcoming mileage inspection and they even washed my car. It has always been a good experience when I go into the dealership service dept.
My service visit was super. People were efficient, courteous, all the way around pleasant.
