75.00 for an oil change is ridiculous plus taking 1.5 hours with an appointment. The employees were nice.
We were not happy with recent service related to our daughters Crosstrek. Upon our daughters return home from the service department I called 3-4 times for an explanation of the service provided. I was passed around to 4 different people and never received an answer. I even called the sales manager and he never called me back. Then I emailed 3 times and never heard from anyone. This was an opportunity to provide service excellence and they failed on multiple levels.
