Room and breakfast was fine, but staff attitude terrible as they refused to help me as a customer
Great room and great view..staff is very nice..would love to come back again.
We stay here frequently because the service is awesome and the beds are comfortable. Within walking distance of the performing arts center, shops and restaurants galore!
The staff was very friendly and the property was magnificent and had a great gym and pool. I would stay here again and enjoy being right by the 16th street mall.
We ordered breakfast one morning, only to both end up sick. We also got lunch one day from the cafe downstairs and the sandwiches were soggy and gross. Also, their baked goods are stale. As for the room, the maids were great but our light bulbs kept burning out and the air conditioning didn't seem to ever get the room cold.
Great hotel, perfect location & awesome suites.
Nice place very close to the Convention Center and 2 blocks from the 16th st mall. Rooms are nice. Pikes Bar has great view from the 27th floor. Great beer selections.
