Have a rant this morning, The Hyatt... I made reservations to take my Mom there for mother's day brunch thinking something special. We had gone in 2012 and it was so nice and beautiful and all kinds of food. So I figured lets do that again, might be the last time. So we get there and No Handicap Parking by the building, you park in the big lot and wait in 90 degree weather for a golf cart to come by and pick you up, so we did valet $. We had so much fun!!! We love the one in San Antonio and decided to try this location out this time!! Such a great Mother's Day weekend!
Immaculately kept grounds. Beautiful surroundings. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our beds were not very comfortable. Shower was difficult to regulate temperature. Take plenty of cables and chargers for devices. No USB plugs to be found.ALLOW plenty of time for dining. Food is good and well prepared. Takes awhile for service to table. Do the valet parking.
