The facilities are excellent. Great location in beautiful country. The service in the restaurants seem a bit understaffed but we had a good time.
Wonderful resort and amenities. There is always something to do and my child loves that he is included as well. We come here to unwind and its very family friendly. There is something for the whole family to do.
I would give this 1.5 stars. The reason I'd give the extra .5 is because the place is gorgeous. I love the landscaping. I have a service dog that performs seizure alert and response as I have very bad epilepsy. I called ahead letting them know that I had my dog and he would be with me. At EVERY single restaurant I was given problems. I clearly explained the laws, yet they still fought me on it. When I tried to go to the pool, I was once again told I couldn't bring him. The service and food here are excellent. People are very warm and welcoming. There is a lot to do for families in the Summer. I really enjoy my stay here. A must visit place.

Great people. Great work staff. Had someone back into my car and Chris from Security took pictures. Brandon was very nice and got Chris to the front where Cars unload to expedite the process. Mr. Riley even said I could put a claim against their insurance company. Thank you Hyatt Regency for standing up when the person or persons would not stand up to their wreck.
