Working with the Hyatt Regency for our Event and our Stay has been an absolute pleasure. I'd highly recommend them as a venue for hosting an event as well as for hotel room accommodations. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!
We came to Denver for Valentines day. I had something special planned for girlfriend and Julia (Front Desk Agent) went way above and beyond to make our stay feel extremely special. She single handedly has earned my business for Hyatt. Whenever I come to Denver again, there is no other hotel I will stay at.

My best friend & I are driving across country from NY to LA and had driven 14 hours into Denver. We called several hotels & none would accommodate us for early check in until we spoke to Isaac at the Hyatt. He was very nice and told us it wouldn't be a problem for us to check in early. When we arrived Bethany at the front desk was super helpful in getting us checked in so we could finally get some rest. This hotel is very clean, comfortable & in the heart of downtown Denver. I definitely will be back.
Angels are real. I'm at The Beryl Institute in Denver, struggling with "the crud." Just went to the Regency Club to get a snack and hit the sack early. Two wonderful Hyatt folks saw that I was feeling puny and showed me care and compassion. Adrian made me a special calming tea (can't beat tea made by an English guy) and Eva said, "It's hard to be away from home when you're so sick. Can I help you somehow " Whoa! THANK YOU HYATT REGENCY Denver for training your staff to care for your guests.
Rooms well-appointed, quiet, and very clean, staff friendly and attentive. Food was outstanding. Pillows were the best!
One of the most disappointing hotel stays ever. Not only won't we be back but you can be sure we won't be staying at any Hyatt in the future. The staff was rude from check-in to departure. We were not charged the proper group rate we were promised for the Gala we were attending. Further, despite it being our 29th anniversary no upgrades or consideration of any type were offered. The $45 parking rate was highway robbery at best. Done with your hotel for our downtown stays from here on out.
