The property and amenities are amazing and our family had a great time. I was, however, extremely disappointed in the room. We booked a Junior Suite and at a hefty price found the room to be very underwhelming. The furniture was in terrible condition, the grout and flooring to the shower were filthy and grout was black with mildew. The sink faucet was faulty and sprayed water on the mirror each time we used it. The lighted mirror didn’t work.
