Rooms were great. Scenery is outrageous and it’s a must experience vacay.
I ended up here by mistake due to the lovely Austin Hilton overbooking my room forcing me out. They sent me here 30 min into the middle of nowhere. When I arrived to this gorgeous property it was well past midnight. They greeted me understanding, of what happened. They upgraded my room, parked my car and were so nice. The one great thing about the mishap is I found a wonderful resort I didn’t even know was here. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, I will back again.
The Resort is beautiful and we've visited almost every restaurant here and the customer service is excellent. The rooms are clean , very friendly atmosphere and the reception was warm and exceeded all expectations.
