Beautiful place! Ate at Sheller's restaurant a couple times and had many bloody Mary's there. Everything was delicious! We had a room with a patio and the nature trail was feet from our room. The water park was great, we used the kiddie pool, lazy river, and the beach. It's right on the Colorado River and the scenery was beautiful! We will definately be going back!
It was an amazing stay for our 15th year anniversary. They were very polite and accommodating to everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone and we will be coming back with the kids again soon!! Thank you Hyatt
One of my favorite places I have stayed the night with my family. We all have a great time.
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a very nice room with a patio and I saw deer outside in the morning before dawn. We ate at Stories (beyond excellent in both service and food). We also ate at Firewheel for breakfast (good but a bit overpriced) and Shellers (really good with great service). All the staff throughout the resort were so nice and accommodating. Spa: why has it taken so long for me to get here? Michelle my Massuse was fabulous, my neck hasn’t felt this good in years. I’ve had many massages, she absolutely nailed it, I no longer need to spend money on the chiropractor, she will be my first call. Jessica was here to take care of me, cucumbers on my eyes, the temp and steam for the Sauna and Steam Room, Champagne at my service, I want to keep her! Not impressed. Very loud, noisy rooms. You can hear all the commotion going on outside and in the halls. All night long. Food was very below standard. The banquet food was low standard and the room service food was not edible at all. Over priced, low standards. This was a company event so I’m glad I didn’t come on my own dime. Will not be returning on my own. Bring bug spray, if your out doors, patio or decks, you will be covered in misquotes. But, every staff member was very pleasant, kind, respectful and very helpful.
