No hot water in the morning.Came back that evening to no hot water.Asked front disk for extra blanket no one showed up very poor help
Good hotel
The front desk staff was professional, and helpful. The room was very nice, and clean.
Beds where trash sitting on a cheap ass bed rail breakfast was nasty but night cooks room service was cool... Are room was dirty ass hell red hairs all in our bath tub and the ice machine didn't work had to go to a different floor.... I dont want to stay at no hyatt again after that no thanks... Also check out was at 4 but housekeeping kept knocking on door so we left by 12.... And we damn had to beg them to make us some pancakes whick was hard as fuck smh never again...
My daughter had a hotel birthday party. The group had so much fun in the pool and the rooms. Two rooms were side by side with a connecting door and that was perfect for 2 adults and 6 children. The hotel didn’t do anything special for her day but we did get good service and everyone was very nice. It’s a lovely hotel.
At about 7:00 AM, we wanted to go swimming before breakfast, so I requested for bathrobes, but they said they It’s all out already. Obviously a lie. We booked for a King bed, but looks like tween bed only. Though it’s very clean. We did try to order lunch and and chicken noodle soup tasted like lukewarm water with some droplets of chicken and noodles. Overall I rate Hyatt as 2 star only for the service and quality.
Everything was top notch! Chatfield’s was awesome with delicious food and drinks with excellent service!
