I have frequently visited this Hyatt location and that Saturday evening when I checked in was one of the most disrespectful racial profiling I've ever encountered I was very embarrassed and hurt and when I pointed the problem out to the young lady she was new she was wrong and tried to explain herself but ended up making things worse Happy New Years to me
The lobby is very open and confusing. No good signage as to where the check in is at. Room was good, bed was super comfortable except that the mattress seemed to get really warm. Like maybe there is a foam pillow top. Great big swivel TV that goes from sitting area to bed. Rooms are very clean.
Such a caring staff! Smiles everywhere, impeccable service.
Bait and switch. Prior food tasting amazing amazing but ceremony worst fatty, cold food and took 2 hours to serve dinner. Not enough servers just sad for a 29k event
Had a huge issue last night. Talked to the front desk manager this morning and she was incredibly understanding and helped me resolve the situation. Hajar really stepped up and handled things
This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel. I had trying to get early check in 3 days prior to my arrival ..and every hour on my arrival date. Had a wedding at the hotel at 3 finally got in my room at 440 after standing in line 3 different times. Where they told me my room would be ready in 20 minutes. All rooms are not created equally...here for a wedding only ones in group with 4 in our room and got the smallest room. Spoke with the desk basically told screw you. Room 405 not like the others. Food service sucks and is way too expensive for what it is.
