Booked through a wedding party, so obviously have to be somewhere important on time. Got there and was told our room will not be available until 45 min before the wedding. Absolutely no remorse and no attempts to remedy the problem

Unfortunately, this location did live up to the Hyatt standards. Beds/pillows were uncomfortable. TV/Cable did not work, and requests for maintenance were ignored. Parking is inadequate if the hotel is at/near capacity and they host meetings in their conference space. Front desk staff is ambivalent (at best) with two instances of open hostility (over the course of a three night stay). Bar is under staffed (blame management) and front desk staff is not empowered by management to make any corrections on their own.
I had my wedding here this past weekend and everything was absolutely perfect. Erica the wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make our day special, as did the rest of the incredible hotel staff. I would definitely recommend having a wedding or event at this hotel!
I had been at the Hyatt in Lisle 10 years ago and we loved it. I was very disappointed in the hotel this past weekend. First of all, we were in the Presidential Suite and it was musty! The room was very outdated. It was just disappointing considering this is a Hyatt.
