Ordered online groceries and picked up today. Received someone else's complete order. Drove all the way home and noticed their mistake. Was told to bring back all the food to get ours. The massive inconvenience and selling alcohol without carding is enough to never go back to the store.

Had our first on line order today. It went very well. They were out of the frozen strawberries I wanted but got organic ones and they are delicious. I understand how difficult it is to shop for someone else so we all must have patiences during this difficult time. Thanks for all the hard working employees to help us get our groceries.

been going to this Hyvee for 35 years. great store great people work their. very Friendly and Helpful
it takes longer to check out then it does to shop. even if you shop 30 min
Took 45 minutes to get our food this morning. Then my order was wrong, brought out a different plate with scrambled eggs that were still raw in parts (liquid and all) and my hashbrowns were so so completely fried, they were inedible. Had to ask for the toast that came with my order and requested it dry and even that was wrong. The last few times we've eaten breakfast here, it has been horrible and today was the worst. I'll definitely never eat breakfast here again.
