Better customer service. Never have prices right.
Instead of telling me I can't move paper bags over to the self service lane...how about you look up from playing on your phone and greet your CUSTOMERS. There was no "hi ma'am, how are you?". Just, "you're not supposed to put paper bags here". I understand you don't know why the store has these "policies", but I'm a paying customer, and I'm willing to take my shopping to your competitor. Hyvee! Please teach your staff manners and courtesy for the people who keep your lights on.
ordered a bouquet of flowers for $70 and they delivered a tiny bouquet that had about 7 wilted sad looking flowers in a glass vase. Sad sad sad. called to complain and was told the manager would call me back. never got a call. I'll never order from this place again.
I don’t normally shop at this Hy-Vee, but was in the area and stopped quick. The strawberries were on sale 2/$5 and they’re my daughters favorite so I grabbed two. When I went to checkout, the clerk then informed me they were limiting each customer to 1 package of strawberries. I was really disappointed they were advertising this special in multiple places around the store, only to be told something different while checking out.
Burnt donuts again! Hard to believe they put these in the donut case.
High prices in general. Also, for the past 4 weekends, I have went into the Hamilton store to buy donuts and each time they were way over cooked. Today you could say that they were burned, and yet they still put them in the case to be sold. I will go to Casey’s from now on.
