I have been a customer since moving to SC in 2012. Lately, Hyvee Aisles on Line has TERRIBLE service. The last 2 times I ordered, even though I indicated they could pick substitutions, they simply didn't give me any item if they didn't have the exact item. Today I picked up my order a little after 4 pm. I got home and I had someone else's order. RecommendedI just wanna give a huge thank you to Joe. I didn’t wanna leave my kids in the car alone and didn’t have a mask for all of us. He went out of his way to grab my card and bring out my order. I’m so very grateful as I’ve had enough stress just this morning. Thank you!!!
