Before the Basin was added I would have given a 5 star review. While shopping for food the overpowering smell does not make me want to buy more food. It makes me want to rush through the store. The people who work there have always been great! And I do like the variety in The Natural Food section. When I’ve asked for specific items they have always put it on the shelves.
We forgot something in our cart this morning and one of the managers offered to deliver it to our door this afternoon, no questions asked! Hy-Vee customer service can't be beat!
HyVee Prairie Trail is my favorite grocery store by far!
My family ate at the Market Grille on Saturday night and the food was good as usual. We especially appreciated Journey's excellent service and attitude. She was joyful, knowledgeable and worked hard to keep up with the needs of our table despite a busy night. If she's working the next time we return we will request to sit in her section.
I got the buffet for the very first time today and it was not very good. Everything on the buffet table was cold and the fruit was brown/old. The only thing good was the fresh omelette. What a waste of money.
