Poor service. Took forever to get food out after finally ordering.
Nice big store.. some things couldn't find. employees don't speak at all... overheard the cashier making fun of someone... disappointing
I loved hyvee intill today when they forgot to put some of my groceries in to my cart from check out. I don't live in this town and called the store when I got home and discovered they where missing the manager was rude to me. I ended up having to make an hour round trip to get what was forgotten. I understand their are mistakes made but customer service was terriable.
Me and my child were just there and my daughter throw up all over herself the cart the food and me! How embarrassing right! The awesome staff helped me out and my daughter! Thanks so much!!
Since moving here we have made this Hy-Vee our grocery stop, we have been very happy with the store set up and cleanliness. We have now eaten at their Market Grille 3x and I will say they have amazing service, friendly staff, great prices and amazing food! If you have not had a meal here or or attended the brunch buffet it's a must on your list. Thank you Hy-Vee peeps!
