This Hy-Vee is absolutely ridiculous! The fact you charge 50% more for products is out of line. Never coming back
Staff is very rude. I went in one time to see if I could get my cat registered in the city of Ankeny because I was told from a number of sources I could get it done there. I was very rudely told no. Tonight I went in because of some deals for food. As I was checking out, the cashier in the till next to me, asked me to move because she needed to get in there. Normally not a big deal, but it was very rudely asked. Never going back.

VERY disappointed in the Ankeny Market Grille. All month (September) HyVee has been advertising free kids meals with a purchase of adult entrees and I finally had a chance to bring my kids in for a fun night out. The waiter didn’t bother to tell us that ordering from the famous new Wahlburger menu wouldn’t be included as an option for kids eating free. This is the first place I have been in almost 3 years that have had a Caroline’s Cart. Before my sons diagnosis of Phelan-Mcdermid Syndrome, I had no idea what a Caroline’s Cart was. The bigger he is getting, and still unable to walk ,it is starting to get really hard to fit him in the regular cart for little kiddos, he doesn’t have the balance to sit in the back of the cart with the groceries, and who is able to push his wheelchair and a grocery cart at the same time??? Just had a horrible experience at your starbucks! Kristen the barista started arguing with me about the drink i ordered she wouldn’t make it for me she kept trying to change my order and I said I want an ultra caramel frappe and she kept saying she was just going to make me a drink how she wanted too. I got extremely irritated and told her to just forget it and that she needs to be nicer to customers her customer service is terrible and she said sorry shes had a long day and still refused to make my drink so I left.
