Always a wonderful experience going to this Hy-Vee. They always have what we want or are willing to order it for us. We especially appreciate Justin in the Seafood department. He always tells us about different fish that will be coming into stock as well as calling us on special occasion when there is something we are very interested in comes into stock. We have never had a bad experience from the seafood department.
This is for the restaurant. It needs a lot of work. Very unorganized, for a place that has so many staff members floating around, they are all but nonexsistant when it comes to service. One girl named jaime wasnt our waitress, but was about the only one who seemed to care, so good job to her. I think we are just done going to the restaurant. Just not worth the hassle.
Great store! Even though I do not live in the Ankeny area I enjoy visiting the store.
Sounds silly...but I love everything about our local Hy-Vee. Everyone is friendly and helpful, I'm in and out quickly (even when busy), I LOVE the community support (Easter Egg Hunt= fantastic). Thank you!
Excellent food. My kids ate free, and they got a picture with spiderman. They were all like, "spiderman shook my hand, and gave me a high-five!"
We LOVE the new Hy-Vee even though it really isn't "new" anymore, we still call it that =). We do all our grocery shopping there. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We go there weekly. Great place.
