We enjoyed visiting with Mark, the cheesesteak sample guy. He was very knowledgeable about his product and his philly sandwich was the best! Sold us on his product. Thanks!
Worst store in existence, helpful smile my ass, their fuck up of a card reader wouldn't read my card and assholes refused to run it manually, dumbest thing I've ever heard of from a chain this large. My daughter was already eating the food I tried to pay for and they took it from her! Fuck this place, went right over to the gas station and card worked flawlessly there. So much for valuing customers. I'll never set foot in this shithole of a store ever again!
The store itself is great, but it's market grill is awful. We've eaten there 3 times. First time was excellent. Waitress was awesome. 2nd time it was ok at best. Waitress was somewhat attentive but semi rude. Food was bland. Last night was awful. Food was not made how we asked, fries were cold and soggy, drinks were so bad that they were impossible to drink. This is A shout out to the wine in spirits department, and especially to Blake and Asa (new to the department). You guys rock, always helpful and your selection off beers is top notch. Great to see the management team beng so friendly.
Three bad experiences at this location. Nice store, a lot of conveniences, poor customer experience. Two dry cleaning issues and one online grocery issue. Makes the higher prices for convenience not worth it, back to Fareway.
The service was super slow. Our waitress kept saying the kitchen was behind because of an event but she was not very attentive. We were there for an 1 hour and 30 mins. It was about 5 mins to wait for our seats which is fine. But our server had to be asked 4x for straws. We didn't have silverware. We never received any refills. My flat bread pizza was good.
