A month ago I ordered flowers on line. When I got to the funeral my flowers were not there. I was pretty upset. I called Hy-vee to complain only to find out that my online order didn't go through. I spoke with a woman that worked in the flower shop. She was very sympathetic and apologetic. She took my order and made sure they got to the funeral parlor within a few hours. The people are so helpful and friendly and I love everything they have to offer from a fresh bakery, a pharmacy and aisles online to a restaurant, gas reductions and catering! That's a lot from a grocery store! It's my one-stop-shop!
Melody in the bakery is fucking amazing! Always friendly, knows both myself and my kids. Upsells without making me feel awkward, a joy to talk too. Just love shopping there!
We love our HyVee! One stop shop for us plus we get money off gas! Love their fresh produce and meat.
