The food was very good. Everything was displayed beautifully and was easily marked so that we knew what everything was. Service staff was very friendly, especially the host. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the lack of service from our waitress. Our dirty plates and silverware were never taken from our table so we were running out of room on our table to eat.
I love this place. #we need one in Rockford, I'll. Got the perfect abandoned grocery store in mind. Mr President time to get some market share and gain some loyal Customers. Your business plan is a winner. Rockford, I'll. Needs you!
I want to thank James Brown in the Meat Department for such great service. I searched hi and low in and around Madison for someplace to purchase beef fat. All of the places that I called wanted to charge me quite a lot for what they would probably have thrown out. James and the other employees in the meat depart not only provided me all of the fat that I could use and the price was right. I'm sure this was a hassle for them, and I really appreciated all of their hard work.

We used the East Wash HyVee Catering and bartender service on 4/1 at the Waunakee Community Center. Renee in catering was so professional and helpful. Jim the bartender was great. We had 70 people and specially created cocktails for a movie themed co-ed bridal shower. Jim did such a great job, everyone loved him. Thanks for helping make the day extra special!
The entire point of the Aisles Online program is to speed up groceries for people who don't have time to go into the store. When it takes a half hour or longer for someone to bring me my order, that means I could have gone in and done the shopping myself! This service has a lot of potential but so far I am not impressed with it.
I have worked with Jeff and the staff in the Catering department several times over the last year and I am impressed with their helpfulness and patience as I try to figure out meals for over 100 people. They are always courteous and go out of their way to make the experience an enjoyable one. And the food is STUPENDOUS! We've had other caterers and have had to pad the order by a few people so that there's enough for everyone. Not with Hy-Vee. If you order for 130 people, you have more than enough food for 130 people.
I used the delivery service for the first time today and I'm sold! It was such an easy process and the driver was right on time and super friendly! I loved that the cold stuff was separate. I will definitely use this service again!
