I ordered a taco buffet for 60 people and they showed up with 6 tacos. When I called to inquiry about the other 54 tacos she said- someone messed up. Beyond unacceptable- I needed to feed 60 not 6. We order thousands of dollars a year with Hyvee in catering orders but this will be the last.
RecommendedThis is the most recent reason why I am such a fan of our local Hy-Vee: Yesterday, I had a .99/lb coupon for Honey Crisp apples, so I bought 8 apples (4.2 lbs). Both my husband and I put away groceries, so we didn't realize until today that the apples didn't get out in the grocery bag. I went back to the store with the receipt, told the young manager what happened and that what I wanted was 4.2 lbs of apples (not just my money back because I don't have the coupon any longer). went to hyvee today to get the 7 6 packs of 7up for 10 bucks it was the last day. I asked one of the people that works there if there was any seven up he said they ran out Saturday but I could get a rain check at front desk so I go up there and the guy writes me out for a rain check that expires today. real nice. If I would have drove in and not noticed this I would have come unglued.Thanks alot
