Wonderful, fast service, beyond expectations
Exactly the team of professionals we were looking for. Replacing an aging water heater is not a simple choice these days. The technician was on-time, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend HVAC Warehouse to any potential customer.
The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, he got right to the problem and offered me the best solution. The A/C was running again with a charge of coolant. He wWas able to answer all my questions with regards to a new system in the future. This included pro's and con's along with ballpark costs and maintenance plans. HVAC Warehouse will be one of the companies I will get an estimate from when I do decide on a new system.
The repair was great---but they missed replacement of dehumifier on AC unit.

needed tubing from wall to toilet tank replaced. it broke and was leaking all over the floor. called hvac and they were here within a few hours. took no time to fix.
It was great to draw on the knowledge of a professional who was able to assure me that my problems were minor. Greg fixed the two leaks on the first visit right after the initial assessment.
Very professional personnel, who arrived on time and were very descriptive in their explanation of the problem.
Called within 30 minutes, was there in 2 hours, very happy with professional results, as all my drains work perfectly,and he advbised me in future maintenance for them.
