The techician was very honest and knowledgeable. He didn't just try to get the sale, he educated us on the pros and cons of the service we were requesting, tankless water heater. I definitely appreciate that and will contact HVAC Warehouse in the future.
Steve had a problem removing the old heater element and had to go to several specialty stores to find the right wrench. Apparently a plumber in the past had stripped the threads. Steve left and reurned two or three times until he found a tool that would do the job. Once done, he submiited a bill that accurately reflected his original estimate. They called promptly from my on-line request. Were here within 1 hour. The serviceman was very nice, appropriately friendly, went to work right away and had the problem fixed within the hour. He was wonderful and I would definitely use them again.

I was home alone with three children, when I received the estimate and this work was performed. I was never concerned with these professionals in the house. The workmen were professional. I would have prefered, however, that they would have consulted me before changing materials for my job. They told me they would fix it one way--I hired them for that, and they did it another.
