Our hot water heater stopped working the day before Easter, and I figured that we would be without hot water for up to a weeki. I contacted HVAC Warehouse online and received a call the next day (Easter Sunday!) and they arranged for Milton to come out and look at our hot water heater. They were great! Did an excellent job and came up with some really ingenuous ideas to save money and reduce the overall impact of their project on the rest of the house. I would (and have) hire them again.

Contractor was profession and well mannered. Installation was professional worked / looked exactally as described prior to job. During the replacement of my water heater for a new tankless model the contractor informed me of each step in the process and when the flow of water would be off. These are the kind of people you want working on your Plumbling/HVAC.
Needed someone to do my maintenance. Mark did a very complete and professional job, signed them up to be my maintenance company. He actually found and solved a problem that others, who I asked, could not resolve. Very satisfied.
Quick expeditious, only downside is that they use state water heaters which tend to be pricer than those that you find in the stores but so far has performed very well for us.
Outstanding service. Priced by the job and not by the hour.
Very professional, installed quickly, hauled away my old one and made sure that everything was wthin city code requirements.....
