The technician, Mark Turner, was knowledgeable, pleasant and understood what I was looking for. Mostly, I was looking for a part, but he discussed other issues with me as well. I was satisfied that he provided good value - he found that HVAC had the part I was looking for (it is not a common part - I was glad HVAC had it) and he installed it pretty quickly. I was very satisfied with the result and we parted on very good terms.
Fast response and reasonable
I was told up front what the cost would be and how to prevent the problem from happening again. It was a good experience.
The location of the pipe leak was not obviously determined, so the representative had to find it. He found the leak and repaired it. A Chesapeake City Utilities department representative came out to check the meter which the HVAC technician concluded was broken. A check by the city representative determined that it was broken and fixed the meter. The city representative further suggesed there may still be a leak. Everyone I have spoken with have been professional. I LOVE my new tankless gas water heater and the installers were efficient and courteous.

Knowledgable, provided advice on several options. We did not know about an externally mounted unit and once aprised of the benifits of an externally mounted unit chose that option.
