called before arriving and on time
They were delayed 2 1/2 hours because of another job, but I was called to advise me of the delay. I was told by the owner what the cost would be, The employee wanted to charge me $55 more, but did agree to charge me the initial amount when I told him of the initial fee.
Had a consult re options for replacing electric heaters (expensive!); had thermostat replaced.
Excellent service, arrived within minutes of the scheduled appointment and gave us several options to repair the air conditioning system.
They were prompt about getting back to me. The owner reached out to me the same day I requested a quote and had techs out at my house the next day. My heater was still making a different noise and I was able to reach out to the owner on his personal line and he himself came to my house first thing the following morning to take a look and fix it. He was also able to answer other questions I had and give a quote for another job we are considering. Very pleased with their promptness.
Professional, on-time, straight forward, all around great experience. I am a very busy guy and when I find a professional as good as Hector, I stick with them.
